School Facilities

The outstanding facilities at St Piran's School allow our children to experience a full range of activities encouraging them to develop and build on their interests and maximise their potential.

Sports Hall

A 50m indoor Sports Hall provides a spacious venue to play sports such as volleyball, trampolining, badminton, indoor football and hockey. There are also 4 cricket nets with specialist matting and a full-size basketball court with 8 additional baskets.

Tippet Hall

Frequently the hub of our school performances and musical concerts, Tippet Hall is the heart of the school. Here we meet for our assemblies and collective worship along with school events and theme days.

Swimming Pool

Swimming lessons play a vital part in our curriculum, with all children from Nursery to Year 6 able to enjoy our indoor 20m heated swimming pool. The pool is used all year round and many children from the local community enjoy extra-curricular lessons here.

Traditional Chapel

We are most fortunate to have a traditional school chapel with wooden panelling and delightful stained glass windows.

Lower and Middle School use the Chapel throughout the week for their assemblies. The Year 5 and 6 Chapel service is held here every Friday, often with a guest speaker.  Parents are invited to enjoy the service from the viewing gallery. We have the luxury of a piano and organ to accompany the singing.
