The St Piran's Society plays an important part in the life of the school, bringing together parents and enhancing the community spirit around us. The St Piran's Society comprises each and every parent or guardian of pupils in our school.
The Society organises a variety of fundraising activities that take place throughout the year raising funds for the school and nominated charities including quiz evenings, a Summer Ball and second-hand uniform sales. Some of our parents meet for a weekly parents' prayer group in the Chapel to pray for the school every Thursday morning.
The St Piran's Society Committee meets several times per term and is responsible for decision making and managing the finances, as well as overseeing the organisation of activities. Class representatives assist in liaising between the parents and the school to help with bringing Society's events to life.
We welcome the active involvement of parents, as Committee members, class reps, or to lead, and participate in, our events.
- Christmas Fair
- Valentine's Children's Discos
- Early Years Entertainer
- Firework and Bonfire Night
- Pyjama Cinema Night

Welcome back to another year at St Piran’s School, and for anybody new an extra special welcome to the school. We hope you have a truly amazing experience! The St Piran’s Society plays an important part in the life of the school, bringing together parents and enhancing the community spirit around us and we welcome you all to another year of fun with us!
Throughout the school year we arrange a number of events, for families, children and just adults raising money for charity and also donating money to the School to support the ”finishing touches” for our children. This has included building the Outdoor Learning Centre, providing headsets for swimming lessons and furnishing the outdoor area in Extended Day.
This year we have a number of events already in the planning, and are mixing it up with some new events to keep things fresh. We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy planning them! We welcome everyone to get involved in any way you can or want to! From participation through attendance to helping out in person.
Society meetings will take place on the following dates this term:
Tuesday 17th September at 8pm - Tuesday 8th October at 8pm - Tuesday 12th November at 8pm
