DAILY REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

MORNING
Nursery Department - 9.00 a.m
Lower School - 8.40 a.m. (Reception classes 9.00am in Christmas Term, 8.40am on Thursday and Friday in Easter and Summer Terms)
Middle and Upper School - 8.25 a.m.

AFTERNOON
Lower School - 1.20 p.m.
Middle and Upper School - 2.05 p.m.

LATE ARRIVALS TO SCHOOL AND CHILDREN LEAVING DURING THE DAY
Children who arrive late to school must report to Matron's room beside the main entrance, to sign in.
If you are taking children out during the day for an appointment, please notify the school in advance and then sign out your son/daughter in Matron's room, signing them back in on your return. This ensures we keep a fire register up to date at all times.

CAR PARKS, PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Nursery Children can be dropped off from 8.35 am at the Nursery. There is a Nursery car park which is used by all families but is in close proximity to the Nursery itself.
Lower School Children can be brought to school from 8:00 a. m. but parents must stay with their children until a teacher is in the classroom from 8:30 a.m.
Middle & Upper School Children can be dropped off at 8:00 a. m. and staff are on duty to supervise them until all teachers are in their classrooms from 8:20 a. m.

Car parking at St Piran's is limited and leaving cars in the car park for an undue length of time can cause considerable frustration to other parents.
We operate a 'Kiss and Drop' system at the front of the school for the older ones to keep the traffic moving. The first few weeks of the new school year and Monday mornings are the most pressured times on car park space.
Please do not park cars on the yellow zig-zag lines at the front of the school or double park cars.
The staff car park at the back of the school is for staff only.

At the end of the day, please be on time to pick up your children.
If children in Lower and Middle School are left for more than 15 minutes after the designated end of the school day, they will go to Extended Day and you will be charged.
Children in the Upper School left after 6:15 p. m. will be sent to the Headmaster's House to be collected from there.
