St Piran's Summer Ball     

Our annual St Piran's Society Summer Ball took place on Saturday 18th June 2011.

The Sports Hall was transformed into a beautiful venue and we had a fantastic evening of eating, dancing and raising money for School and our chosen charity, the Alexander Devine Children's Hospice.

We were fortunate this year to receive sponsorship from a number of companies and individuals. In particular, we would like to thank our main sponsor, Practicus owned by St Piran’s parent, Mr  Boyd Kershaw.

A wonderful array of Silent and Live Auction prizes were subject to lots of bids and our Class Representatives worked very hard to produce some magnificent year group hampers and experience days.  

We raised a total of £8500 which is amazing! £2000 of this will go to the Alexander Devine Children's Hospice and the rest has helped to buy new staging for the Tippet Hall.
