Fees are inclusive of all non-residential trips and transport to school matches.

* Year 7 parents who are willing to pay in full for the final two years’ fees will be offered a discount of 5% on the total fees.


EXTRAS

Special needs tuition (Learning Support):	Individual tuition £26.50 per lesson
	Group tuition £16.50 per lesson
Extended Day (after-school care):	£7.25 per session 4.00 – 5.00pm
	£7.25 per part of session from 5.00 – 6.00pm

Refreshments are provided at the morning break for all children; lunch is provided for all children who are at school throughout the day; a mid-afternoon snack is available for children in the Upper School and Nursery.

Termly charges for meals:	Upper School - £305 per term.
	Lower, Middle and Nursery (whole day pupils) - £275 per term.
	(mornings or afternoons only) - £33 per term.

• A non-returnable registration fee of £75 is payable.
• On confirmation of acceptance of a place, a deposit of £400 becomes payable. This deposit is refundable only if a child leaves at the end of Years 6, 7 or 8 and after deduction of disbursements.
• Discounts subject to means testing to be discussed on application.
• Scholarships and bursaries are calculated on school fees only.
• Parents are reminded of the Conditions of Entry, which state that fees must be settled on or before the first day of term. An administration charge of £25 will be added to the account for each letter of reminder sent to late payers, unless special arrangements have previously been agreed with the Bursar. Such letters will normally be sent two weeks after the commencement of term and fortnightly thereafter.
• The school is also entitled to apply a surcharge at a rate of 2% per month calculated on a weekly basis on all monies overdue for payment as well as before any judgement.
• Parents are also reminded that a term’s written notice of withdrawal of a child is required otherwise fees in lieu of notice will be payable.
