At St Piran's we endeavour to teach all children to think, to understand and develop their learning styles, and to take responsibility for their learning.

Our curriculum includes not only the formal requirements of the National Curriculum, but a wide range of extra-curricular activities, all underpinned by Christian values. We aim to teach pupils how to grow into positive and responsible people while developing their knowledge and skills, so they can reach their true potential.
 
Each part of the school is run by experienced teachers and Upper School staff are specialist subject teachers. Parents' Evenings are held regularly to keep parents informed of their child's progress and every term, parents are given a curriculum booklet for their child, which details the content of the curriculum to be followed in each subject. We believe it is important to foster a happy and natural relationship between pupils, parents and staff so that everyone has a pride in being part of our school.
